About Me

 I am a nationally certified massage therapist originally from South Georgia.  I attended Good Medicine School of Massage in Whithfish Montana, graduating in 1995 and have been proudly practicing since that time. I also attended The International School Of Colon Hydrotherapy in Juno Beach FL and am certified with the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy, I-ACT.

 My first office was in Lakeside Montana where I called home for about 15 years. I am glad to have now setteled in the beautiful mountains of Tennessee. I grow more fond of this area on a daily basis. The people are great, the scenery is breath-taking and the climate is much more pleasant!

 I place great value on the innate healing abilities in all of us and direct my focus on bringing the client's body, mind, and spirit back into balance. I have a very diverse set of skills including swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point release, sports massage, stretching, shiatsu, bamboo fusion and ashiatsu. I love what I do and I continue to add techniques to my ever expanding modalities.

 I am extremely thankful that massage has given me the opportunity to share my creative side and appreciation for living a wholistic life.
